Privacy Policy

Aspire Technical Resources Group, LLC ("Aspire", "we", "us") is a staffing and consulting firm in McDonough, Georgia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who sees it, and how you get it removed.

The short version. We collect what we need to place you or fill your role. We show a candidate's information to a client only after that candidate says yes to that specific submission. We do not sell personal information, and we never share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for marketing.

1. What we collect

From candidates

Name, email address, phone number, city and state
Work authorization status as you state it
Resume, work history, skills, systems, certifications and licenses
Rate or salary expectations and availability
Notes from our conversations with you, and which roles you have been submitted to

From clients and hiring managers

Name, company, business email and phone
Requisition details, budget, process and decision makers

Automatically

This site is static and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

2. Where it comes from

Directly from you, through a form on this site, by email, by text, or in a conversation with a recruiter. For candidates we source, from public professional profiles and job boards.

3. Why we use it

To screen you against a role and tell you honestly whether it fits
To present you to a client, with your agreement, for a specific role
To fill a client's requisition
To contact you about your candidacy or your requisition
To meet our legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

4. Mobile information and SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers we use strictly to deliver those messages on our behalf.

We text you only if you gave us your mobile number and asked to be contacted that way. Consent to text messages is never a condition of being considered for a role. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Our full messaging terms are in the Terms and Conditions.

5. Who we share it with

Clients — a candidate's resume and relevant details, only for a specific role, and only after that candidate agrees to that submission.
Service providers — email, messaging, document storage and scheduling tools that we use to run the business. They may process your information only to provide that service to us.
When the law requires it — in response to a lawful request, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. How long we keep it

Candidate information stays on our bench while you want to be considered, and is removed when you ask. Records tied to a placement are kept as long as our tax, employment and contractual obligations require.

7. Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you
Correct anything that is wrong
Have your information deleted and come off the bench
Tell us never to submit you to a named company
Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP
Stop email from us at any time by asking

Email hr@aspiretechnicalgroup.com and we will handle it. You do not need to give a reason.

8. Security

We limit access to candidate and client information to the people who need it to do the work, and we use reputable providers for email and storage. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9. Children

This site is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
