Legal
Terms and Conditions
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of aspiretechnicalgroup.com and the staffing and consulting services of Aspire Technical Resources Group, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Aspire", "we", "us"). By using this site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us, you agree to them.
1. What we do
Aspire places contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire professionals across the practice areas listed on this site, and provides related consulting. We are not an employer of record for candidates we place on a direct-hire basis, and we are not a party to the employment relationship that results from a direct hire.
2. Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services, submit a requisition, or submit yourself for consideration. You may not use it to scrape data, submit another person's information without their permission, send unsolicited commercial material, or interfere with its operation.
3. What you submit
Information you send us through a form or by email must be accurate and yours to share. If you submit a resume or professional history, you confirm it describes you truthfully. If you submit a requisition on behalf of an employer, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
We will confirm with a candidate before every single submission to a client. We do not put a resume forward without asking first.
4. Fees and engagement terms
Rates, fees, conversion terms and guarantee periods are set in a written agreement signed by Aspire and the client. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a binding rate.
5. SMS and text messaging
We text only people who ask us to. We do not buy phone lists and we do not send marketing texts.
Who sends the messages
Messages come from Aspire Technical Resources Group, LLC.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from Aspire when you give us your mobile number and ask to be contacted by text — on a form on this site, in writing, or verbally to a recruiter. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of being considered for any role or of receiving any service from us.
What we send
Messages relate to your own candidacy or your own requisition: interview scheduling and reminders, a recruiter following up on a conversation you started, submission confirmations, and time-sensitive updates on a role you are in process for.
Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us. Most people receive a few messages while they are actively in process and none between.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Aspire does not charge you for text messages. Your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at tiffany.carter@aspiretechnicalgroup.com or (404) 301-9000. You can also simply tell your recruiter to stop texting you.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that help us deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Confidentiality
Requisition details a client sends us are treated as confidential and used to source and screen for that role. Candidate information is shared with a client only after the candidate agrees to that specific submission.
7. Equal opportunity
Aspire evaluates candidates on their ability to do the work. We do not screen on any characteristic protected under federal, state or local law, and we do not accept a client instruction to do so.
8. No warranty on outcomes
We screen carefully and tell clients what we actually know. We do not warrant that a placement will succeed, that a candidate will accept an offer, or that a role will be filled in a given period. This site is provided as is.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Aspire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from this site. Liability arising from a signed engagement is governed by that agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue is Henry County, Georgia.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
