SMS Terms and Conditions

We text only people who ask us to. We do not buy phone lists, we do not send marketing texts, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of applying to a role or working with us.

What we text you about
Messages are about your own candidacy or your own requisition. Nothing else.
If you are a candidate: interview scheduling and reminders, confirmation that we submitted you to a client, a recruiter following up on a conversation you started, and time-sensitive updates on a role you are already in process for.
If you are a hiring manager: updates on a requisition you gave us, candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and offer or start-date logistics.
We do not send promotions, newsletters, offers or advertising by text.
How you join
You consent to receive text messages from Aspire Technical Resources Group in one of these ways:
- You tick the text message box on our sign-up form at aspiretechnicalgroup.com/signup.html and give your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked.
- You give a recruiter your mobile number and tell them, verbally or in writing, that you want to be contacted by text.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for any role, of being placed, or of any purchase or service from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity with us. Most people get a few messages while they are actively in process for a role and none in between.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Aspire Technical Resources Group does not charge you for text messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. You can also email hr@aspiretechnicalgroup.com or call (404) 301-9000 and press 1 or 2, or simply tell your recruiter to stop texting you.
To start again after opting out, reply START, or ask your recruiter.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers we use strictly to deliver these messages on our behalf. Supported carriers
Messaging is supported on major US carriers. Carrier support can change without notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
